By logging in, you are agreeing to the following terms of use, which apply to this website, the SICURA® Platform, including InstantSupport, Quadretto, QuickStart, and NOHOLD’s corporate website domains (together known as the “Platform”).
The Platform is designed to support productivity, answer questions, and provide helpful insights across a wide range of topics. Acceptable use includes leveraging it for research, communication, creative brainstorming, learning, and problem-solving within ethical and legal boundaries. It should not be used to generate or spread harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content, violate privacy, or impersonate others. Users must engage with the Platform respectfully, or face suspension.
The following non-exclusive list of actions will result in suspension and are strictly prohibited:

- Illegal Activities: Soliciting or generating content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, such as criminal acts, hacking, fraud, or the production and distribution of illegal materials (e.g., pirated software or media, illegal substances).
- Hate Speech and Discrimination: Using the Platform to generate content that is abusive, discriminatory, or promotes hate speech against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
- Harassment or Bullying: Engaging the assistant in ways that promote online harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals, including generating harmful or offensive messages targeting specific people.
- Plagiarism and Academic Dishonesty: Using the assistant to generate academic content, such as essays, reports, or answers to exams, without proper attribution or in violation of academic integrity policies.
- Privacy Violations: Requesting or attempting to retrieve sensitive, private, or personally identifiable information about others without their consent, or using the assistant to share confidential or proprietary information unlawfully.
- Impersonation and Deception: Leveraging the assistant to impersonate individuals or organizations with the intent to deceive, commit fraud, or manipulate others, such as through fake identities or phishing schemes.
- Inappropriate Content Creation: Asking the assistant to generate explicit, sexually inappropriate, or violent content that violates platform guidelines or community standards.
- Over-reliance for Sensitive Decisions: Using the assistant as a sole source for critical decisions involving medical, legal, financial, or life-altering situations, where professional judgment and expertise are necessary.
At its discretion, NOHOLD may review content, logs, and uploads to ensure the Platform guidelines are followed. If through this process NOHOLD discovers any misuse defined herewith or other infractions not covered in this policy, NOHOLD reserves the right to suspend your account and delete the data without notice.
Article I. NOHOLD Privacy Policy

At NOHOLD, Inc. (“NOHOLD”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with the most powerful and secure online experience. You can travel through most of this web site (this “Site”) without giving us any information about yourself.
