NOHOLD’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistant simplifies government processes and procedures
The AI space has made extraordinary leaps over the last few years. As a company that has been in the AI space for over 24 years, NOHOLD is proud to continue to produce award-winning technology. In 2023, the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) was awarded a Government Experience Award for an AI Assistant implementation, Service Advisor. Service Advisor uses the NOHOLD AI platform, SICURA, to assist visitors on the CA DMV website.
On October 31st, Dennis Noone, Executive Editor of Government Technology’s Industry Insider, published an article discussing the CA DMV and NOHOLD collaboration. The article “Vendor’s AI-Based Solution for DMV ‘a Living Organism,” highlights the roles both parties play to create an awarding- winning customer experience, while noting the growth of the AI Assistant and plans for the future:
“From the DMV’s perspective, NOHOLD’s virtual assistant, which the department calls Service Advisor, started as a single solution to help the public navigate a bureaucratic process via a website many had never used before. Since then, the department has added features and capabilities, with more planned,” wrote Dennis Noone.
