Recently, NOHOLD launched an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistant for a supplement brand. This brand’s methodology is to only create products backed by published scientific evidence and prioritize research that demonstrates products will address a specific need. The supplement company previously used a self-service tool on the web however, it was not capable of providing product specific information. Also, it was challenging for visitors to navigate the site and the company was receiving thousands of support emails per month.
We worked together to deploy an AI Assistant to answer questions from website visitors which quickly resulted in 35% chat deflection rate.
Based on the success of the AI Assistant for the website, they decided to implement a similar solution to automatically respond to emails. The company realized they were already answering hundreds of questions per week through the web-based AI Assistant, so they extended that service to customers sending emails. Within a short amount of time, the SICURA Email Autoresponder (SEA) achieved nearly 40% deflection rate.
