Virtual Health Assistants (VHA) are qualifying patients for medical tests and treatments. Our VHAs help clinics determine whether a patient is qualified for a specific test or treatment with no human intervention.
In particular, one VHA asks the patient a series of questions to determine which fertility test would best suit them and/or their partner. Once the VHA discovers the correct test or next step, it can gather the patient’s personal and medical information, collect payment, and place an order for the appropriate test.
