Conversational AI is used to power Virtual Personal Assistants like Siri, Amazon Alexa, etc. and Virtual Customer Assistants like many of noHold’s implementations. The flexibility of Conversational AI is key to its impact. It should speak multiple languages, easily connect to other platforms, and deliver as much information as possible in one interface.
